Cradle integrates with the practice management and CRM systems where your client information already lives — FYI and Xero Practice Manager for accounting firms, Xero for the broader Xero ecosystem, HubSpot for sales and service teams, and Microsoft Teams for firms on the Microsoft stack. Caller ID against the right contact, click-to-call from any record, automatic call logging into the right timeline, and AI summaries that write back into the system you already use.

How Cradle integrates with your practice management system

For accounting firms, FYI is the deepest integration. Every call logs as an FYI activity against the matching client, with the AI summary, recording link, and (on FYI Elite with FYI AI) a draft billable time entry against the right job. The team stops re-typing call details after every conversation.

Xero Practice Manager covers caller identification (XPM client-list match) and click-to-call from XPM client records today. Full activity logging, AI summaries into XPM activities, and time-entry-to-job posting are coming in 2026 — firms needing full logging today usually run Cradle alongside FYI.

Xero (the accounting product, separate from XPM) covers the contact list in core Xero — caller ID and click-to-call against Xero contacts.

How Cradle integrates with your CRM

When a call comes in, Cradle matches the inbound number against the CRM contact list and shows the matching contact, company and (where applicable) deal stage on the desktop app — before you answer. Click-to-call works from any phone number inside the CRM. At hangup, Cradle writes the call as an engagement against the matching contact and company, with direction, duration, recording link, AI summary and (for voicemails) the transcript.

HubSpot is the deepest CRM integration — caller ID, click-to-call, automatic call logging into the contact and company timelines, customisable AI prompts, property updates that trigger HubSpot workflows, and (on Cradle Professional and Enterprise) HubSpot Conversation Intelligence via Advanced Call Recording.

Microsoft Teams runs alongside Teams rather than replacing it — Cradle handles the calls, Teams keeps the chat and meetings.
