Comparing people side by side
Pick up to 20 people on the People list and stack them side by side to compare call volume, answer rate, and duration on one page.
Compare is the view you open when you want to see two or more people's call stats next to each other, instead of clicking back and forth between their detail reports.
Getting to Compare
There are two ways in:
- From the People list. Open Reporting, then People. Tick the box on each person's card you want to compare (up to 20). Click Compare in the sticky bar at the bottom of the page.
- From a group's detail page. Open the group you want, then click Compare Team in the page header. The comparison opens with every member of that group preselected.
The default date range is Past 7 days. Change it from the date-range button at the top of the comparison page.
When you'd open it
You want to compare three salespeople's outbound activity over the past month. Tick the three on the People list, click Compare, change the date range to Last month, done.
You're preparing for a team review and want one page that shows how every member of the Support group is doing without flipping through detail reports one at a time. Open the Support group, click Compare Team.
You suspect two people in different groups have very different missed-call rates. Tick both on the People list, click Compare, look at the Missed column.
What you'll see
A column per person, with the same rows running across every column so you're comparing like for like. KPIs at the top (Total Calls, Answer Rate, Total Duration, Avg Duration, Missed Calls), then a small donut for outcomes, then a per-day or per-hour chart.
Where one person stands out, hover their column for exact numbers.
Filtering the report
The date-range button at the top of the page is the main control. Pick a preset or choose a custom range from the calendar. Every column updates to the new range.
More filters narrows by group, call direction, outcome, and minimum call length, the same as on the People list. On a phone, More filters opens as a bottom drawer and the comparison columns stack vertically.
Filters and the list of selected people update the URL as you change them. Copy the URL to share or bookmark the exact comparison you've set up.
Adding and removing people
To change who's in the comparison, click Edit selection in the page header to go back to the People list with your current ticks remembered. Tick or untick, then click Compare again.
