What's the Groups list report?

Every ring group on one page, with a snapshot of how each one's performing. Click any group to drill in.

The Groups list is where you see every ring group at once, with a quick snapshot of how each one's been performing. It's the page to open when you want to compare groups against each other, rather than understand a single group in depth.

Getting to the Groups list

  1. Sign in to the admin portal.
  2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Reporting, then Groups.
  3. The default date range is Past 7 days. Change it from the date-range button in the page header.

When you'd open it

You've added a new group and want to see whether calls are reaching it. You suspect one group is missing more calls than the rest. Someone in a stand-up says "which team is dropping calls?" and you need an answer in about ten seconds.

This is also a good place to start a "where's the problem?" investigation before clicking into any one group.

What you'll see

A card per group, laid out in a grid. Each card shows the group's name, the total calls into that group for the selected period, and a small donut split by outcome (Answered, Missed, Voicemail). The red Missed segment is the at-a-glance trouble signal: compare red across the cards and the worst-performing groups jump out.

Hover any card for exact counts. Click anywhere on the card to open that group's detail report.

Filtering the report

The date-range button at the top is the main control. Pick a preset (Today, Yesterday, Past 7 days, Past 30 days, Last week, Last month) or choose a custom range from the calendar. Every card updates to the new range.

There's a More filters button for narrowing by call direction, outcome, and minimum call length. On a phone, More filters opens as a bottom drawer.

Filters update the URL as you change them, so any view you've set up can be shared by copying the URL.

Drilling deeper

Click a card to open that group's detail report, with the same date range and filters carried over. From a group's detail page you can also click Compare Team to compare every member of that group side by side.
