What's the People report?

Per-person call metrics: volume, duration, answer rate, and missed-call detail.

The People report is where you go to see how a specific person is doing on calls. Open it from Reporting > People in the admin-portal sidebar.

Getting to People

  1. Sign in to the admin portal.
  2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Reporting > People.
  3. Pick the person you want from the list.
  4. Use the date picker in the top right to change the range.

What it shows

The page covers per-person call performance: volume, duration, and answer-rate metrics, plus a per-person missed-call breakdown so you can see which calls didn't connect.

Tile names and ordering may change slightly as the page evolves, so confirm exact labels against your live admin portal if you're documenting them internally or quoting them in a report.

Show Legacy Report

If you preferred the previous layout, click Show Legacy Report at the top of the page to switch back. The legacy view is being retired, so let us know if anything's missing from the new one.
